Guidelines for Submitting Video Evidence


For security reasons, we do not accept raw video files as attachments. If you’d like to send us a video showing the issue, please use Loom or a similar screen recording service. Loom allows you to easily create shareable video links that you can include in your support ticket. This approach keeps your submission secure and provides us with clear, actionable information to address the issue.
